TAYLOR'S UNIVERSITY DELEGATE VISIT
This week, delegates from the Taylor’s University, Malaysia, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Joaquim, Dr. Anshul Garg, Ms.Prema, Ms. Siti are visiting Villa College. The visit primarily focuses on conducting staff development activities and sessions that support the commencement of the Villa College’s partnership with Taylor’s University. Villa College in collaboration with Taylor’s University are offering five programmes, namely, Master of Communication, Master of International Hospitality Management, Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Honours), Bachelor of Mass Communication (Honours) and Bachelor of Culinary Management (Honours).
With the roll out of these programmes, during this visit, the team from Taylor’s University will be providing Villa College with support in the areas related to admission and enrollment, conduct of assessments, teaching & learning, management, and resource utilization.
Taylor's University, is the number 1 private university not just in Malaysia but in South Asia. They are also ranked at 16th in the world for Hospitality and Leisure Management as per the QS World University Ranking 2023. Through this collaborative partnership, Maldvians now have access to getting a highly recognised international qualification from Taylors' University.
